Quarterly Supervisors' Meetings are held the first month after each quarter. Incidents from the previous quarter are thoroughly reviewed and measures are discussed to ensure they do not reoccur. Any accidents are discussed in depth and their investigation results reviewed.

The new site of SAS offices and shop are complete and we are now operating out of the new facilities.

Health Insurance Health Insurance premiums are paid with pretax wages.
Health Savings Account SAS contributes a percentage of the deductible to employees’ HSA accounts.
Supplemental Insurance Employees have the option to purchase additional insurance at a lower group rate with pre-tax wages.
Long Term Disability Management personnel are placed on the LTD policy at no cost to the employee.
Simple IRA SAS matches retirement contributions up to the maximum amount allowed by law.
Vacation Employees may earn up to 4 weeks of vacation depending upon years of service.
Uniforms SAS pays 50% of uniform fees for employees with less than 3 years of service and 100% for those with more than 3 years of service.
Safety Boots/ Prescription Safety Glasses SAS pays an annual allowance for safety boots and prescription safety glasses to eligible employees.
Miscellaneous Pay Employees receive extra pay when working underground at Salt Mines, on night shifts, etc.
Bonuses Performance and Safety Cash Bonuses are paid to any deserving employee.
Cell Phone/ Vehicle Company cell phones and vehicles are issued to management personnel.
