Allen has over forty years of hands-on experience in all aspects of industrial, commercial, municipal, mining and marine construction.

A graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Allen has been General Manager since inception.

David Holmes

VP / Business Manager / Safety Officer

David has over forty-five years of experience in all phases of the construction industry, including office management, project management, estimating, QA/QC, field supervision and surveying.

A graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, David has been Business and Safety Manager since inception.

Field Operations Manager

David has over fifty years of experience in all aspects of civil, mechanical and plant maintenance work for the industrial, municipal, oilfield, mining and commercial industries. David is responsible for managing field operations and supervision of all SAS Superintendents, as well as maintaining all SAS equipment and facilities.

A veteran of the U.S. Army, David has been Operations Manager since inception.

Senior Project Manager / Estimator

Lisa has over thirty years’ experience in the industrial, mining, and agricultural industry working in the fields of engineering design, construction management, and environmental compliance.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering and has been with SAS for eighteen years.

Craig Carline, Jr.

Project Manager / Estimator

Craig has over fifteen years’ experience in the industrial and oil industries as a welder, superintendent, wireline engineer, estimator, and project manager.

Craig is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology. Craig has been with SAS for twelve years.

Richard Doiron

Safety Coordinator

Richard has over thirty-five years’ experience in the industrial and offshore industries coordinating safety programs for offshore service companies, overseeing maintenance of heavy industrial equipment and being involved with the design of high-pressure cutting equipment.

Ricard has completed several OSHA training classes and COSS training, and he is a certified MSHA trainer. Richard has been with SAS for nineteen years.

Accounts Payable Administrator

Colleen has over thirty years’ experience in office administration. She is responsible for managing all office administrative duties and Accounts Payable, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and providing quality service to our employees and clients.

Colleen is a graduate of the International Correspondence School with an associate degree in Accounting. Colleen has been with SAS for seventeen years.

Accounts Receivables Administrator

Heather has ten years’ experience in commercial billing and the banking industry. She is responsible for all Accounts Receivables, Job Costing and Health Insurance.

Heather is a graduate of South Louisiana Community College with an associate degree in General Business and has been with SAS for twelve years.

Safety Coordinator

Steven worked in the gaming industry for more than ten years in a variety of roles. He has also worked in a variety of roles since joining SAS thirteen years ago.

Steven has worked in the field and in the office as a craftsman, material clerk, purchasing agent, personnel recruiter, and new employee trainer.

He was recently promoted into the Safety Department, where his experience and people skills will be an asset to our safety program.

Ralph has over thirty-five years of experience working offshore and in the commercial and industrial construction industries.

After working as a Superintendent for SAS, Ralph took on a new position as Purchasing Agent.  He has been with SAS for four years.

Barry has over twenty years of experience in the oil and gas industry and industrial construction as a welder, QA/QC inspector, supervisor, project manager, and estimator.

Barry is an NCCER certified craft instructor in welding and the newest member of our team.
